Nope, I'm just patient, the truth always comes out eventually, a little time is just required.

Maybe it's because the originating science and theory behind "Global Warming" is crap, just a thought.
Of course it's now called "Climate Change" cause it ain't warming any more!!!

David Easterling of the National Climatic Data Center in Asheville, North Carolina and Michael Wehner of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in Berkeley in California looked both at observed temperature records and at climate model predictions for the 20th and 21st centuries. Their paper is in press in Geophysical Research Letters. Their conclusion?

"We show that the climate over the 21st century can and likely will produce periods of a decade or two where the globally averaged surface air temperature shows no trend or even slight cooling in the presence of longer-term warming."
Please read the full article, it links to other articles more in-depth and will answer your questions. This period of slight cooling or flat lining temperature is expected and in the climate change model. If you read the article I linked to, you will see that this is a reoccurring trend but the overall trend in the longer timescale is global warming.

Cool Re: Climate Change and Global Warming

So given that they just admitted that the last nine years the earth cooled
and this states that a further twenty years of cooling is possible
A total of twenty nine years of cooling of earth temperatures actually means the earth is warming catastrophically! ROFL just isn't adequate, I mean you can't make this stuff up!

At least now I can understand how atheists can believe in evolution.

W&G, did you even read the article? I thought you were smarter than that but your posting makes you sound just like the kind of fool referred to in this quote from the article:
I suspect that claims such as "Global warming stopped in 1998" will give way to claims such as "Global warming stopped in 2017" and "Global warming stopped in 2033", even as the long-term warming trend becomes ever clearer.

Ya I am, here is a nice example (web-link) related and rather timely. If you don't like wnd then go to the originating sites or if you like the dozens of others.
    leaked emails
    A nice quote:
"The fact is that we can't account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can't. The CERES data published in the August BAMS 09 supplement on 2008 shows there should be even more warming: but the data are surely wrong. Our observing system is inadequate."

However this is a better one: "If you torture the data long enough it will confess to anything!".

Another excellent article here, try to keep up guys...

As scientists confirm the earth has not warmed at all in the past decade, others wonder how this could be and what it means for Copenhagen. Maybe Al Gore can Photoshop something before December

Just like Inhofe, I'm feeling a bit vindicated. God bless hackers...

Good thing there are places to see the other side of the story.

Why would anyone want to associate themselves with Inhofe? You may be doing the dance of joy at the moment but I think you'll find that history will remember him and his ilk as the deluded, self-interested, deniers & anti-science luddites; the lunatic fringe in the climate change debacle.

If you are following this in the news than you know that some of the scientists involved have admitted the emails are theirs so, not so much. I'll go back to associating myself with friendsofscience.org who were right all along. The emails are publically available, read them for yourself. People will be getting indicted over this and going to jail. Trillions of dollars have been spent stupidly on a lie. Guess we'll see if it's "true". When they start charging the scientists with fraud do you think you'll admit you were hoodwinked then?

Antiscience??? A friend of Truth which is most important.

Spoken like a true conspiracy nut.

In reality the revelation of these private emails between researchers are evidence of the lack of a conspiracy - they have their disagreements and squabbles just like regular people!

The timing of this particular episode is probably not coincidental. But if cherry-picked out-of-context phrases from stolen personal emails is the only response to the weight of the scientific evidence for the human influence on climate change, then there probably isn’t much to it.

That kind of crap is what kills a board (Chris). This one is no exception. I'm done here, I do like you gents bin fun but better dialogue is to be found elsewhere. I wish you well and many blessings.

One parting comment, nobody has to cherry pick anything, all the emails are available for download and viewing.

Bye oh and don't forget to respond to this email in a tongue in cheek derogatory fashion with things like. "Bye Bye Nut" and such.
