Yesterday the New Zealand Atheist Campaign banners started to pop up around Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. The billboard slogans are based off of three winning phrases that were chosen from over 900 submissions.
The campaign originally planned to advertise on buses, however, after being accepted by NZ Bus, they were rejected. As a consequence, the they now plan to take the case to tribunal but in the mean time have began putting up billboards.
